This is an Add-On for The Duel: Test Drive II
According to the manual the disks get a serial number written on first time use that matches them to the base game disk. This makes them non-working with a different base game disk. This signature is a 16 bit number written to the last two bytes of track 18 sector 0 when the add-on disk is installed through the game menu. If the two bytes are zero the disk counts as uninitialized and can be used with any main game disk again.
