lem: Disk label is missing, front cover is missing. This is a Finnish release distributed by Showtime Finland (yes, the same US sho.com Showtime). It has a 10 page manual in Finnish and the backcover print points out Showtime FI with the Vantaa-address. Track 5 is an error track which always gave a read error when dumping. The image is fully working. The pencil markings/corrections in the Finnish manual are by the distributor made before the manual was copied and stapled! :)
